Arrow Farm Shop & Café Diner Update:
Following the announcement that on July 19th all remaining social distancing measures can be removed and after having discussions with all our team, the Arrow Farm Shop & Café Diner will continue to have the safety and well-being of our customers’ and staff as our number one priority. We are proposing only very slight adjustments to our service to ensure you continue to have a safe enjoyable experience when visiting the Arrow Farm Shop & Café Diner from Monday July 19th.
- Please be advised both our staff and customers will no longer be legally required to wear face coverings in the building. However for your own comfort and safety you are welcome to wear face coverings when visiting should you prefer, this is at your discretion.
- Our till screens dividers will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
- We will continue with the increased spacing between our tables in the Café Diner.
- We are continuing with our open window policy for increased ventilation throughout the building.
- Our hand sanitizer stations will continue to be available and we recommend frequent use. They are located at all entry/exit points, outside toilet areas and throughout the Café Diner.
- We recommend that you book in advance of your visit to avoid disappointment (call 01909 723018) or email arrow_cafe1@arrowfarmshop.co.uk. A limited number of tables will be available for walk in customers. As the rule of six people (two households) has been lifted we can now welcome larger bookings.
- You will no longer have to provide contact details for the NHS contact track and trace service. The QR code will remain in place should you wish to continue to check in using the app.
- It will be table service only for food and drinks.

Please use our downloadable order collection form for your convenience View our general products listOur new order and collection service is proving very popular and we will continue to work to ensure all products are available and if possible expand the offers that we can provide for our customers, this service will remain available during these unprecedented times which we are all facing together.
Shop for a family member, friend or neighbour. Our team will happily prepare and pack separately multiple orders for a single collection, just let us know in your email or order form and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.
We will endeavour to ensure a next day service, however dependent upon demand if this is not possible, we will advise on receipt of your order. (Please give as much notice as possible and we will use our best endeavours to fulfil your requests.) PLEASE NOTE THE COLLECTION SERVICE HAS NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
We take your shopping to your car, leave it beside the car, smile, wave and walk away.
Please follow the steps below:
1) Contact the farm shop on 01909 723018 or email our dedicated orders/enquiries email arrow_cafe1@arrowfarmshop.co.uk with your full shopping list (email is the preferred option as the phone line gets very busy. Please use our downloadable collection form for your convenience. Please be as specific as possible with your order i.e. weight or number of items required)
2) One of the team will do your shopping, then call you to take card payment over the phone. Please ensure you provide your phone number for us to contact you.
(We will advise of any out of stock items)
3) Ring us when you get to the car park (9am-4:30pm) and advise us your name and your car registration details
4) We will take your shopping to your car, leave it beside the car for you, smile, wave and walk away
5) You can pop your shopping in your car without any contact
***Please note as most of our items are weighed, we will pack goods on the day you ask us to and will only take payment once the goods are packed. You will need to collect on the day you make payment. You can collect immediately once paid.

Our opening times are:
• Monday – Saturday: 9am – 5pm
• Sundays and Bank Holidays: 10am – 4pm
