As the Prime Minister has now confirmed a further National Lockdown from Thursday 5th November, we can confirm that as a food business we will be remaining open for all your essential requirements within our normal opening hours. Sadly we must announce that the Café Diner will be closed on Thursday 5th November following the latest announcement.
During this pandemic we have continued to adapt and support the local community to the very best of our abilities and this lockdown will be no different.
The farm shop will remain open throughout the lockdown period and customers are welcome to come into the store to shop for essential provisions, adhering to the strict Covid-19 secure measures and social distancing which are in place. Covid-19 update for customers following announcement of 3 tier alert levels from 26th October
We wish to continue to thank all customers for continuing to support us through these challenging times.
For reference Arrow Farm Shop is within the Bolsover Council Area – S80 3DZ and is currently in a tier 1 (medium) area.
We really want to emphasise that the advice given is not our advice or rules but that given by government. We follow this advice and communicate it to the best of our abilities at all times, in our endeavours to do the right thing, to protect our fantastic staff and our wonderful loyal customers.
Our latest understanding of the rules for customers within tier 3 very high level of alert areas is as follows –
“we are advising people not to travel into or out of an area if it has been categorised as a very high alert level area. This is part of wider measures to help manage the risk of transmission. You can continue to travel into or out of very high alert level areas if you need to for work, education, to access youth services or because of caring responsibilities”.
Please follow the advice
Thank you, my Kindest regards and best wishes

Covid-19 update for customers following announcement of 3 tier alert levels from 14th October
We wish to thank all customers for continuing to support us through these challenging times.
Following a careful review of the Prime Ministers recent announcement and for clarification the Arrow Farm Shop & Café Diner is located within the Bolsover District Council area of Derbyshire and is currently classed as a MEDIUM (Tier 1) alert in relation to Covid-19. Our understanding is that residents from Derbyshire who are in the MEDIUM alert area may continue to visit the Café Diner in mixed households whilst continuing to adhere to the rule of 6.
However we are aware that the whole of Nottinghamshire and parts of South Yorkshire have been placed at the HIGH Alert level (Tier 2) for Covid 19. From Wednesday we kindly request that residents from these areas wishing to visit the Café Diner are from a single household or support bubble only.
We know the new rules are quite confusing and challenging for residents of Nottinghamshire and parts of South Yorkshire, but please be assured we are doing all we can to remain an open Covid-19 secure business, doing our level best to be safe and secure for all our staff and loyal customers. Once again many thanks for your continued custom, support and understanding during these difficult times.
Thank you, my Kindest regards and best wishes
George
