The Heritage of Arrow Farm Shop

Arrow Farm Shop is a family run business and is one of the few farm shops situated in the heart of a modern working farm. We are located on the border of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire – three counties with a vibrant agricultural industry. This key location enables us to provide a wide range of excellent, locally grown produce. The farm itself has been in operation for almost 100 years and has been worked on by four generations of the Blagg family who still operate the farm and the farm shop today.

Arrow Farm Shop was set up in 1991. In the early years, we sold potatoes at the farm gate. We then moved on to selling a few select product lines from a barn and today, Arrow Farm comprises a modern refurbished Farm Shop and Café Diner.

Potatoes have been grown at Arrow Farm for the past 50 years. The limestone soil has proved to be perfect for growing our renowned Marfona potatoes. While technology and food production techniques have changed over the past century, the quality of our products and our traditional values have not. We pride ourselves on offering the very best local food and drink available from both ourselves and other local producers.
